My passion and purpose is to help overwhelmed women adopt healthy habits that will support their weight loss goals so they can become more confident, love the skin they're in and live the healthy, vibrant life they desire.

I help women who have lost confidence in themselves, are overwhelmed and tired of starting over.  I help them adopt healthy habits and shift their mindset so they can Feel Good, Thrive and live Healthier and Happier!

 

Women who feel defeated and stuck, trying diet after diet and getting the same results and end up back where they started.  Reinforcing the story that plays out in their mind each time an attempt is made and “fails”.

 

Women who want to look in the mirror and see radiant skin, a sparkle in their eyes, a person who is confident, healthy and ready to take on what the day has to offer.

My approach

Change takes time to occur and is not always a straight line, there are no cookie cutter diets, fitness plans or quick fixes.

 

The path to lasting change is lined with self-care, loving your body and small mindset shifts as you harness the power of your choices.  When you combine all these things you begin to feel healthier, more confident in yourself and in control of your life.

About me

Hi, I'm Vicki. Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Fitness Professional and a Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

And, I used to feel uncomfortable in my skin!

​

It was in my early 20’s.  I didn’t like the way I felt or looked plus I was bloated a lot of the time.  I wasn’t a big fan of mirrors needless to say.

 

I knew it was time for a change, and so it began. I started my “diet”. First, skipping breakfast then a diet pop with a teeny lunch was the norm, and ending with an equally small dinner.  I did end up losing the weight but eventually it came back, and the process would start over again. UGHHH!

Soon I began to attend aerobics class and found out I really liked it. I felt so much better moving my body. It seemed to give me more energy and making better food choices was surprising but welcome result. About this time, I knew my smoking had to end. It did not fit with the healthy habits I was adopting, kicking that habit was another positive step towards my self-transformation.

 

Pretty soon things started to fall into place. I realized it was more about making healthier food choices, and eating when I was hungry, not because I thought something looked good, or just because. It wasn’t about all the food I “couldn’t eat” it was more like getting a handle on what I was eating and why.

 

Through all the trial and error, or “experiments” as I like to call them now, I discovered there wasn’t anything wrong with me. It was my approach, all-or-nothing didn’t work.

 

The only way to make changes stick was to make them sustainable and part of what I did daily, part of the “healthy lifestyle” I was embracing.

 

I did have to remind myself on occasion. I didn’t just wake up one morning overweight and feeling uncomfortable in my skin. It took a while to get there, and it was going to take me a while to undo it.

 

My own journey has left me with a deep appreciation of what my clients go through as they find what works for them as they become a healthier, happier more confident person.
